Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 or any other applicable rules, if any and on the basis of recommendation of he CSR Committee, the Board of Director has approved in its meeting held on 10.11.2020, a budgeted expenditure of Rs. 22,12,675 (Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs Twelve Thousand Six Hundred & Seventy Five only) for the FY 2020-21 to be contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund to promote activities pursuing by SANSTHANAM ABHAY DAANAM, 65 Model Basti, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 as covered in schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e. animal welfare, which includes construction of bird hospitals and extension of facilities at existing bird hospitals.
