Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 or any other applicable rules, if any and on the basis of recommendation of the CSR Committee, the Board of Directors have approved in its meeting dated 12.11.2019, a budgeted expenditure of Rs. 19,34,690 (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand Six Hundred & Ninety Only) for the FY 2019-20 to be contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund to promote activities as covered in schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Company has contributed a sum of Rs. 19,50,000 towards our corporate social responsibility in favour for PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS, 14, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001 towards the activities pursuing by them which includes animal welfare activities including hospitals for animal, providing shelters for animals, Supporting the dog sterilization program, animal rescuing activities and other related activities in the area of Delhi and NCR.
