Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, if any, as recommended by the CSR Committee in its meeting held on 12.11.2018 and also approved by Board of Director in its meeting dated 13.11.2018, a sum of Rs. 15,58,427 (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Four Hundred & Twenty Seven only) for the FY 2018-19 be and is hereby contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund to promote activities pursuing by Nitya Foundation, H-28, Ist Floor, Om Complex, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 as covered in schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
